The Prometheus Project invites the people in the United States of America to defend our rights to a democratic society. The United States often labels itself as the shining example of freedom, fairness, and choice. That choice, those freedoms, and fairness have almost vanished from within our country.
The Prometheus Project exists - not only to insist the return these values - but to safeguard democracy for years to come.
Create a new ballot system where the people cast their vote.
Instead of letting ~500 politicians decide the fate of our nation, the people get to vote.
Fast. Secure. Online.
Make healthcare not just affordable: a human right.
Training doctors, funding research, and expanding facilities are just a few ways to save.
Smart. Efficient. Moral.
Invest in the future our nation’s commerce & infrastructure.
Transportation is the 2nd most important requirement of trade, surpassed only by security.
Smoother. Longer-lasting. Necessary.
Improve education for everyone, young and old.
Job security, new technologies, and a better understanding of the world around us. Win-win.
Sensible. Valuable. Indispensible.
Abolish the “for profit” prison system. Focus on rehabilitation.
The US has the highest prison population of ANY developed country. For-profit incarceration must end.
Just. Responsible. Right.
The Prometheus Project was founded by Casey Dwayne Hodge after writing his 2020 book, Solutions. Many people like to complain about the status quo in this country – Casey has suggestions to improve it for every day citizens like most of us are.
There are 5 key goals of The Prometheus Project:
There are 5 key elements to The Prometheus Project: instilling a democratic voting system so that every person can promote their choice; improving the lives of our citizens with a more robust healthcare system and easier access to live-saving medicines; investing into our nation's transportation and infrastructure to greatly improve our economy; making improvements to our education system so that young people are given opportunities for careers instead of saddled with debt; and finally, reforming the criminal justice system to remove the archaic and draconian approach to rehabilitation/punishment.
While the list may seem small, the tasks are monumental. It is my sincerest belief that addressing these 5 things will greatly improve our lives for decades to come.

Many struggle to believe that change is even possible in today's broken world of politics.
It is the politician, not the system that is broken.
Change is possible because try as they might, there are enough policies remaining to make this kind of reform possible.
Put simply, we must advocate in all 50 states to enact direct democracy.
